Photos taken two days later on Thursday, November 19, 1999, at Amtrak's announcement of the rebranding of the San Diegan line to the Pacific Surfliner line. FRPA Directors were able to meet with Governor Grey Davis and Amtrak West President Gill Mallory as well as other officials at this special unvailing.
